Return And Refund Policy
ORDERS & REFUNDS POLICY
Orders placed and payment made online does not confirm the shipment or ownership of the goods or products unless confirmed by the management upon verification of the authenticity of the buyer and other security aspects. All products are subject to availability and stock status. If stock is not available, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges back into your credit card to the source of the payment accepted from at the time of the order. We will refund the payment if we are unable to fulfill or at the sole discretion of the company. If product is not available, we will make the refund within a month. Refund policy subjected to change anytime without any prior notice.
RETURNS POLICYYou may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Conditions Apply. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
(d) Non Acceptance of Shipped items
If the item has been shipped and if it gets returned back to us for whatsoever reason, the buyer shall be liable for the shipping costs / taxes / duties paid / administration charges in handling the parcel. If the buyer raises a non-receipt claim or claims that the item was not delivered and requests for refund, then they will only receive the amount paid for the product deducting the above said charges involved in the shipping the product.
(e) Warranty of the items shipped or DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If the item shipped constitute to any malfunction or not able to operate, then it can be exchanged within 7 days from our physical store. If the buyer does not wish to replace at the store, then they will have to ship the items back to us and we will ship a new piece upon receipt of the faulty product. The buyer has to bear the cost of one side shipment to the seller. Products beyond the 7 days warranty period can directly obtain warranty from the Manufacturer / Brand owner and can seek for assistance from our company on guide to know the procedure to do the same. The company shall not liable to do the exchange / repair / replace / upgrade / provide substitute for after the 7 days period once the item is delivered.
